If at the time of billing software shows a selected item as 'Normal' and the user needs to convert it in 'Abnormal' then it can easily be done in Marg Software:

In order to Convert Normal Item to Abnormal, the user must follow the below mentioned steps:

• Firstly the user needs to press plus '+' key on the item which needs to converted in Abnormal.

• A 'Convert Entry' window will appear.

• In 'Convert Normal to' the user will select 'Abnormal'.

• Now in 'Single/All items', the user will select 'Single'.

• Now, the user will press 'Ctrl+W' key in order to save changes.

• The user will select 'Save Bill' to save the changes.

After following the above steps, the user can convert selected Normal Item into Abnormal Item on Billing window in Marg Software.
