If Some bills are displayed in Purple color in the Sale Book then how to resolve this issue in Marg Software?
If Some bills are displayed in Purple color in the Sale Book then this issue can be resolved.
- Go to Transactions >> Sale >> Modify Bill.
- A ‘Modify’ window will appear.
- The user will select the options as per the Requirement i.e. bill no, bill date etc.
- A ‘Sale Book As on’ window will appear.
- Press 'F6' on the selected entry i.e. which is displayed in purple color.
- Then a 'Bill Status' window will appear.
- In 'Status' option, the user will select 'Bill In Hand'.
- Then click on 'Accept'.
After following the above steps, the bill will be displayed in default color.
