If Some bills are displayed in Purple color in Sale Book then how to resolve it in Marg ERP Software ?

In Marg ERP Software, if some bills are displayed in Purple color in the Sale book, then this issue can be resolved.

In order to resolve this issue, the user will follow the steps below:

• Go to Transactions > Sale > Modify Bill.

• The user will select the options as per the requirement, i.e., bill no, bill date, etc.
• Press 'Enter' key.

• Press 'F6' key on the selected entry displayed in purple colour.

• In 'Status' option, the user will select 'Bill In Hand'.

• Then click on 'Accept' button.

After following the above steps, the bill will be displayed in default colour in Marg ERP Software.
