With the help of Marg Software the user can increase the sale rate for the particular party with some specific percentage.

For Example: if the Sale Rate of the item is Rs 10 and the user needs to do billing of the same product for Rs 11 for only 'Ahuja Medicine Centre' so there is no need for the user to do it manually, however, it can automatically be done by the software.

In order to set Sale Rate Auto Increase for a particular Party, the user needs to follow the below steps:

• Go to Books > All ledgers. 

• A 'Ledger Alteration' window will appear.

• The user will press 'F3' key on a particular ledger for which the rate needs to be increased.

• The user will select 'Other Detail'.

• In 'Rate +' option, the user will mention the percentage by which the sale rate needs to be increased.

• Suppose needs to increase 10% of the sale rate, so mention '10'.

• Now press 'Ctrl+W' key to save the details.

• The user can view the Actual Sale Rate of 'Acenderm Lot' item is Rs '10'.

• Now suppose, the user creates a sale bill for the party 'Ahuja Medicine Center'.
• 10+(10*10%) = Sale Rate
• 10+1 = Sale Rate
• 11 = Sale Rate

After following the above steps, the user can view Sale Rate will Auto Increase for a particular Party while Billing in Marg Software.
