If Billed Challan doesn't show at the time of viewing Challan book then how to resolve it in Marg Software?

1 If the user is using the option of 'Delete Challan after Loading' Click here
2 If the user is not using the above-mentioned option but the 'Billed challan' still doesn't show.

Follow the below-mentioned steps

To resolve this issue the user needs to follow the given steps:

  • Go to Transactions > Sale > Modify Challan.

  • A 'Modify' window will appear.
  • In 'Challans' option the user needs to select 'All' and select other options as per the requirement.

  • After following the above steps the user can view all the challan in the software.
