If 'Cancel Discount' alert appears at the time of billing then how to resolve it in Marg Software ?
In Marg software, if at the time of creating the sale bill error display 'Cancel Discount' and cancel all the discounts issued in the sale bill then this can be resolved easily.
In order to resolve the alert of Cancel Discount, the user needs to follow the below given steps:
- Go to Masters > Marg Setups > Control Room.
- A 'Control Room' window will appear.
- The user will select ‘Search in all’.
- A 'Controls' window will appear in which the user will Search 'Cancel'.
- Now click on ‘Accept’.
- A 'Cancel' window will appear.
- In 'Cancel discount if Invoice/Challan/Both value is <=' option, the user will select 'N'.
- The user will now press 'ESC' key twice.
- Now click on ‘Yes’ to save the changes.
After following the above steps, the software will not give any indication and will allow to issue Discounts in Sale Bill.
