How to disable the 'SMS & Email' window which appears at the time of creating a sale bill in Marg Software?

Cause

This window appears when the user is using Email & SMS setup in Marg software And he has not mentioned the phone number and email Id in the party ledger.

Solution

In order to resolve this issue, the user needs to mention the phone number and email id in the party ledger by following the above steps:

  • Go to Books  >> All Ledger.

  • A 'Ledger Accounts' window will appear.
  • Now select the ledger in which the Phone No. and Email id needs to be defined.
  • Suppose select 'A2Z Pharmacy'.
  • Press 'F3' on it.

  • Select 'SMS, Email & GEO'.

  • A 'SMS & Email' window will appear in which the user will enter the phone number and email id as per the requirement.
  • Then keep pressing 'Enter'.

  • An alert window of 'Save email id in Master' will appear.
  • Click on 'Yes' to update the same mail id in party master otherwise click on 'No'.
  • Suppose click on 'Yes'.

  • Again an alert window of 'Save Mobile in Master' will appear.
  • Click on 'Yes' to update the same mobile number in party master otherwise click on 'No'.
  • Suppose click on 'Yes'.

After following the above steps, the 'SMS & Email' setup window will get disabled from the billing window.
