Cause

This issue appears due to user has to mention special rate for a selected party.

Solution

In order to resolve this issue, the user needs to remove the special rate of the item by following the below steps:

1. Go to Books > All ledgers.

2. Then press 'F3' on ledger window.

3. Select 'Special Rates'.

4. Then choose 'All'.

5. Now, all item list will appear where the user can remove the special rate from the item.

6. Then press Esc key to save the details.
