In Marg ERP Software, the user will convert the cash bill into credit or credit into cash after creating the bill.

In order to convert cash bill in to credit, the user will follow the below steps:

• Go to Transactions > Sale > Modify Bill. Press Enter.

• A ‘Modify’ window will appear.

• The user will select the options as per the Requirement i.e. bill no, bill date etc.

• Now a ‘Sale Book As on’ window will appear.

• Select the entry which need to be converted into credit.

• Then press '+' key on it.

• Now a Cash Receipt window will appear.

• Remove the amount from the cash receipt field.

• Then keep pressing Enter.

• Now, the user can view the bill getting re-save.

After following the above steps, the selected bill will be converted into credit.

1. Go to Transactions > Sale > Modify Bill. Press Enter.

2. A ‘Modify’ window will appear in which the user will select the options as per the Requirementi.e. bill no, bill date etc.

3. Now Select the entry which need to be converted into credit then press 'Enter' on it.

4. Click on 'Modify'.

5. Then select 'Credit' option from the drop down in order to convert bill into credit.
