In Marg ERP Software, the user can easily load the pending sale challan in sale bill as per the requirement. To load pending sale challan in sale bill, The user needs to follow the below steps:

• After selecting the party in sale bill a 'Pending Challans' window will appear.

• Click on 'Select' button.

• A 'Select Challans' window will appear.

• The user will select pending challan.

Note: The user will Press 'Spacebar' or Plus '+' key to select a particular challan or Press Asterisk '*' to select All Pending Challans. 

• Suppose, select 'C0000001'. Press 'Enter'.

• Then a 'Challan Loading' window will appear.

• The user will select the items.

Note: The user will Press 'Spacebar' or Plus '+' key to select a particular Item or Press Asterisk '*' to select All Items. 

• Press 'Enter' key in order load items into the bill.

• After following the above steps, the challan items will get loaded in the bill.

• Press 'Ctrl+W' and click on 'Yes' to save the bill.
