• Go to Transactions > Sale > Modify Bill.

• A 'Modify' window will appear.

• The user will select options as per the requirement i.e. bill date,bill no etc.

• A 'Sale As On' window will appear.

• The user will select the bill whose bill number needs to be change.

• Suppose select 'A00001' and press 'Enter' key on it.

• A 'Sale Alteration' window will appear.

• The user will click on 'Modify' window.

• The user will press 'Enter' key twice.

• After the Item, the user will press 'Left Arrow' key.

• The user cursor will wait on 'Bill No'. filed.

• In 'Bill No.' field the user will change the bill no. as per the requirement.

• Suppose mention 'AA001'.

• Now the user will press 'Ctrl+W' key in order to save the bill.

The user will click on 'Save Bill'.

After following the above steps, the user can view that the Bill No. will get changed at the time of modify Sale Bill in Marg Software.
