How to view KOT Report in Restaurant Setup of Marg Software ?

  • Go to Transactions > Sale > Modify KOT.

  • A 'Modify' window will appear.
  • The user will select the option as per the requirement i.e. bill no, bill date etc.

  • A 'Sale KOT As On' window will appear.
  • The user will press 'Alt+ P' key.

A 'Report Filteration Box' Window will appear.

A) Report/Challan: The user will select 'Report'.

B) Report: The user will select the format of the report.

C) From Date: The user will define from which date the report needs to be view.

D) To Date: The user will define till which date the report needs to be view.

E) From Bill: The user will define from which Bill no. report needs to be view.

F) To Date: The user will define till which Bill no. report needs to be view.

G) Order No.: The user can define order no. if need to view thee report on the bases of order no.

H) Party: The user will select 'Y' if party wise report needs to be view, otherwise keep the option 'N'.

I) Wait: The user will select 'Y' if waiter wise report needs to be view, otherwise keep the option 'N'.

J) Route: The user will select 'Y' if route wise report needs to be view, otherwise keep the option 'N'.

K) Area: The user select 'Y' if area wise report needs to be view, otherwise keep the option 'N'.

L) Group: The user will select 'Y' if group wise report needs to be view, otherwise keep the option 'N'.

Click on 'View/Print' as per the requirement.

Suppose click on 'View'.

After following the above steps, the user can view KOT report in Restaurant setup of Marg Software.
