How to resolve an alert of 'No KOT Pending’ that appears at the time of creation of bill ?
In Marg Software, if an alert of 'No KOT Pending'appears at the time of creating a sale bill then this issue can be resolved.
In order to resolve this issue user needs to follow the below steps:
- Firstly, Go to Masters >> Marg Setups >> Control Room. Press Enter.
- A Control Room window will appear.
- The user will select ‘Search in all’. Press Enter.
- A Controls window will appear in which the user will Search “Bills Not Allowed”.
- Click on ‘Accept’.
- A Bills Not Allowed window will appear.
- In 'Bills Not Allowed Without Challans/KOT', the user will select 'Y'.
- The user will now press Esc key twice.
- Now click on ‘Yes’ to save changes.
After following the above steps user can easily create sale bill without KOT.
