How to resolve an alert of 'No KOT Pending’ that appears at the time of creation of bill ?

In Marg Software, if an alert of 'No KOT Pending'appears at the time of creating a sale bill then this issue can be resolved.

In order to resolve this issue user needs to follow the below steps:

• Firstly, Go to Masters >> Marg Setups >> Control Room. Press Enter.

• A Control Room window will appear.

• The user will select ‘Search in all’. Press Enter.

• A Controls window will appear in which the user will Search “Bills Not Allowed”.

• Click on ‘Accept’.

• A Bills Not Allowed window will appear.

• In 'Bills Not Allowed Without Challans/KOT', the user will select 'Y'.

• The user will now press Esc key twice.

• Now click on ‘Yes’ to save changes.

After following the above steps user can easily create sale bill without KOT.
