If Cursor does not wait on Challan No. at the time of creating challan in Marg Software

If Cursor is not waiting on challan no., then this issue can be resolved.

In order to resolve this issue, the user will follow the below steps:

  • Firstly, Go to Masters >> Marg Setups >> Control Room. Press Enter.

  • A 'Control Room' window will appear.
  • The user will select ‘Search in all’. Press Enter.

  • A 'Controls' window will appear in which the user will Search “Ask Bill No”.
  • Now click on ‘Accept’.

  • An 'Ask Bill No' window will appear.
  • In 'Ask Bill No. Y-Ask N-Ask on Up Arrow X-Never Ask' option, the user will select 'Y'.

  • The user will now press 'Esc' key twice.

  • Now click on ‘Yes’ to save the changes.

After following the above steps, the user can change the challan number at the time of creating challan in Marg Software.
