In the image, the item code is only shown of 6 characters whereas in actual it is of 10 characters, then this issue can be resolved easily:

In order to resolve this issue, the user needs to follow the below mentioned steps:

• Firstly, Go to Masters >> Marg Setups >> Control Room. Press Enter.

• A Control Room window will appear.

• The user will select ‘Search in all’. Press Enter.

• A Controls window will appear in which the user will Search ‘Item Code’.

• Click on ‘Accept’.

• An Item code window will appear.

• In ‘Y-Item Code B-Barcode P-Product (part). Length [  ] in Bill’, the user must have selected ‘Y’ and needs to mention 15.

• The user will now press Escape key twice.

• Now, click on ‘Yes’ to save the changes.

After following the above steps, the software will show the entire item code at the time of creation of bill.
