In order to create Sale Bill only for Free Qty, the user needs to follow the below steps:

• Go to Transaction > Sale > Bill.

• A 'Sale Entry' window will appear.

• The user will enter the Date as per the requirement.

• Suppose mention '31-01-2022'.

• A 'Ledgers' window will appear.

• The user will select the party for which sale bill needs to be create.

• Suppose select ‘Ahuja Medicine Centre’.

• Now the user will press 'Enter' key to load the item.

• An 'Item' window will appear.

• The user will select the item as per the requirement and press 'Enter' key on it.

• Suppose select 'Acnederm Lot'.

• Now when the cursor will stop on Qty Field, the user will press 'Right Arrow' key.

• Now the user can mention the Free Qty that needs to be sold as per the requirement.

• Suppose mention '2'.

• A window will appear where the user will select 'Free'.

• The user will feed rate as per the requirement.

• Suppose mention Rs.'5.23'.

• Now the user will press 'Ctrl+W' key and click on 'Save Bill' to save the entry.
