• On Billing window, the user will press 'Insert' key on selected item whose batch rate needs to be change.

• Suppose select 'Amifru'.

Note:- If at the time of press 'Insert' key show error of 'Negative not allowed' then Click Here to enable the negative stock.

• Now selected item batch list will appear.

• The user will press 'Enter' key on the batch whose Rate needs to be change.

• Suppose select '323'.

• Now the user will change the Batch Rate as per the requirement.

• Suppose change to Rs.30. Keep pressing 'Enter' key.

• Press 'Tab' key to save.

• The user will select 'Yes' to save the changes.

After following the above steps, the user can change Rate of Item Batch while Billing in Marg Software.
