Process To Hide Less Rate % Option From The Net Rate Window

Overview: In Marg ERP Software the user can less the Item rate at the time of billing but if the user wants to hide the less rate from the Net rate window then user can remove this from control room setup.

In order to disable, the user needs to follow the below mentioned steps:

Firstly, Go to Masters >> Marg Setups >> Control Room. Press Enter.

A Control Room window will appear.

The user will select ‘Search in All’. Press Enter.

A Controls window will appear where the user will search “ASK NET RATE”.

Now the user will click on ‘Accept’.

In order to disable the option, in ‘Ask Less Rate %’ set ‘N’.

The user will press Escape key twice.

Then to save changes the user will click on ‘Yes’

After following the above steps, the "Less rate % filed" will disappear from the Net rate window.
