• Go to Transaction > Scrap Issue > Modify Issue.

• A 'Modify' window will appear. 

• The user will Select the options as per the Requirement i.e. bill no, bill date etc.

• A 'Waste Return As On' window will appear.

• The user will Press 'F11' key on the transaction (which needs to be export into Excel format).

• Suppose select 'DNB00002'.

• An 'Email' window will appear.

• Click on 'Save Softcopy'.

• A 'Softcopy File Name' window will appear .

• The user can view the location where the file is being exported.

• The user will click on ‘Accept’.

• Then the software will give an alert of 'Exported'.

After following the above steps, the Scrap Issue entry will be exported in Excel format.
