In order to export scrap issue entry in PDF format , the user needs to follow the below steps:

• Go to Transaction > Scrap Issue> Modify Issue.

• A 'Modify' window will appear. 

• The user will Select the options as per the Requirement i.e. bill no, bill date etc. and then press 'Page Down' key.

• A 'Waste Return As On' window will appear.

• The user will Press 'F11' key on transactions (which needs be export into PDF format.)

• An 'Email' window will appear.

• Click on 'Save Bill Format in PDF'.

• A 'Save' window will appear .

• The user can view the location where the file is being exported.

•  Then click on ‘Accept’.

• Then the software will give an alert of 'File Saved'.

After following the above steps, the Scrap Issue entry will be exported in PDF format .
