In order to convert Company wise Stock into Zero, the user needs to follow the below steps:

• Go to Transactions > Stock Issue > New.

• A 'Stock Issue Entry' window will appear.

• The user feed the 'Date' as per the requirement.

• Suppose feed '24-11-2021'.

• A 'Ledgers' window will appear.

• The user will select the ledger of 'Self Breakage/Expired/ Waste'.

• A 'Party detail' window will appear.

• The user will press 'ESC' key to exit from this window.

• A 'Return' window will appear.

• The user will select 'Quantity<=' option.

• A 'Quantity<=' window will appear.

• In 'Quantity' option, the user will mention '999'.

• In 'Negative' option, the user will select 'Effect'.

• Now the user will select the company whose stock needs to be zero.

Note: Multiple companies can be selected by Asterisk (*) key and single can be selected by 'Space bar' key or plus (+) key.

• Suppose select 'Ranbaxy Limited'. Press 'Enter' key.

• All the items of selected company will get loaded into the bill.

• Press 'Ctrl+W' key and click on 'Yes' to save the bill.

After following the above steps, the selected Company's Item stock will get deleted.
