How to create Sale Bill for All Items in Marg Software ?

In Marg Software, the user can create a sale bill for all items with the help of Stock issue entry.

In order to create a sale bill for all items, the user will follow the below steps:

  • Go to Transactions > Stock Issue > New.

  • A 'Stock Issue Entry' window will appear. 
  • The user will mention the Date and press 'Enter' key on it.

  • A 'Ledgers' window will appear.
  • Select 'Self Breakage/Expired/Waste' ledger.

  • On 'Party Detail' window, the user will press 'ESC' key.

  • Now press 'Enter' key on Item Part to select Item.

  • A 'Return' window will appear.
  • Select 'Quantity<=' option.

  • Then an 'Quantity' window will appear.
  • In 'Quantity' option, the user will mention '999'.
  • In 'Negative' option, the user will select 'Effect'. 
  • Press 'Enter' key on it.

  • Now press 'Asterisk Key (*)' key to select all companies.
  • Then press 'Enter' key.

  • After following the above steps, all items will get loaded into the bill.
  • Click on 'Copy' button.

  • Now go to Transaction >> Sale >> Bill.

  • A 'Sale Entry' window will appear.
  • Enter the date as per the requirement.

  • A 'Ledger' window will appear in which the user will press 'Enter' key on the selected ledger.
  • Suppose select 'Cash'.

  • On 'Party Detail' window, the user will press 'ESC' key.

  • Click on 'Paste' button.

  • After following the above steps, all items will get loaded into the sale bill.
  • Press 'Ctrl+W' key and click on 'Yes' to save the bill.
