• Go to Transactions >> Scrap Receive >> Receive.

• A 'Waste Receive Challan Entry' window will appear.

• The user will enter date of the entry as per the requirement.

• A 'Ledgers' window will appear in which the user will select ledger as per the requirement.

• Suppose select 'Agarawal Traders'.

• Now the user will mention the party number as per the requirement. 

• Suppose mention '12345'

• The user will mention the Date of the receiving of Goods as per the requirement.

• In ‘Tax’ field, the user will select ‘Yes’.

• A 'Bills Details' window will appear.

• The user will enter all the necessary details i.e. return bill no, reason for the return etc.

Note: The reason to return the bill is mandatory to be filled.

• If the user does not require to mention particular Bill No. then press 'ESC' key to exit this window.

• Now the user will press 'Enter' to select the item.

• Then an 'Items' window will appear.

• The user will select item as per the requirement.

• Suppose select 'Kurkery'.

• Now, the user will enter the qty of an item.

• Suppose mention '10'.

• Now, the user will enter the Rate of an item.

• Suppose mention '100'.

• Press 'Ctrl+W' key to save the bill.

• A 'Save Changes' window will appear.

• The user will click on ‘Yes’ to save the changes.
