How to load scrap receive challan into scrap receive in FMCG setup of Marg Software ?

Ans.1

• Go to Transactions > Scrap Receive > Receive.

• A 'Ledgers' window will appear.

• The user will select the party whose challan needs to be loaded in the scrap receive transaction.

• Suppose select 'Kumar General Store'.

• The user will mention the party No. as per the requirement.

• Suppose mention 123.

• Now a 'Bill Details' window will appear where the user needs to press 'ESC' key.

• A 'Pending Challan' window will appear.

• Click on 'Select'.

• Now press 'Space Bar' key to load the challan.

• Then press 'Enter'.

• In next window user will press 'Enter' to load items.

• Now simply press 'Ctrl+W' to save the transaction.

• A 'Save In' window will appear.

• The user will select 'Save in Bill CR/DR Note.

• A 'Save Changes' window will appear.

• The user will select 'Yes' to save the changes.
