• Go to Transaction > Scrap Receive> Modify Receive.

• A 'Modify' window will appear. 

• The user will Select the options as per the Requirement i.e. bill no, bill date etc. and then press 'Page Down' key.

• A 'Waste Receive As On' window will appear.

• The user will press the 'F11' function key on the transaction (which needs to be exported in PDF).

• An 'Email' window will appear.

• Click on 'Save Bill Format in PDF'.

• A 'Save' window will appear.

• The user can view the location where the file is being exported.

• Then click on ‘Accept’.

• Then the software will give an alert of 'File Saved'.

After following the above steps, the Scrap Receive entry will be exported in PDF format.
