• Go to Transaction > Scrap Receive> Modify Challan.

• A 'Modify' window will appear. 

• The user will Select the options as per the Requirement i.e. bill no, bill date etc. and then press 'Page Down' key.

• A 'Waste Receive Challan As On' window will appear.

• The user will press the 'F11' function key on the transaction (which needs to be exported).

• An 'Email' window will appear.

• Click on 'Save Bill Format in PDF'.

• A 'Save' window will appear.

• The user can view the location where the file is being exported.

• Then click on ‘Accept’.

Then the software will give an alert of 'Bill Exported'.

Then click on 'Ok'.

After following the above steps, the Scrap Receive Challan entry will be exported in PDF format.
