1. Follow the below steps to Export format:-

Go to Masters  >  Marg Setups >  Advance Features  >  Self Fields-Bill Start > Format window will be appear > Define  format name > Press enter > Then click on  Export Format > Export format path window will appear > Press enter to export format.

2. Follow the below steps to Import format:-

Go to Masters > Marg Setups > Advance Features > Self Fields-Bill Start > Format window will be appear > Define format name > Press enter > Then click on Import Format > in next window user will  select the format file which user wants to import and then click on Select > Thereafter import format window will appear > Then type SURE  to import format.
