Process To View SQL Query In Marg Software

PROCESS TO CREATE SQL QUERY IN MARG SOFTWARE

• Go to Masters > Marg Setups > Advance Features > SQL Query Executor.

• The user will click on 'Add New' to create a new query.

• In 'Code' option, the user will mention the code of the query as per the requirement.
• Suppose mention '01'.

• In 'Name for Query' option, mention the name as per the requirement.
• Suppose mention 'Batch Data'.

• In 'Date Reqd' option, the user will select 'No/Yes' as per the requirement.
• Suppose select 'Yes'.

In 'Modify Query in Executor' option, the user will select the option as per the requirement.

No: Select the option if the query doesn't need to be modified in the future if required.

Yes: Select the option if the query needs to be modified in the future if required.

Suppose select 'Yes'.

• Type query 'SELE*FROM'.

• The user will mention the database file name or press 'F3' key from which data needs to be picked.
• Suppose press 'F3' key.

• The table will open, and the user will select the file as per the requirement.
• Suppose select 'Probat'.

• The user can view the file will get added to the query.

• Now, the user will click on 'Save' button.

PROCESS TO VIEW SQL QUERY IN MARG SOFTWARE

Note: It's Mandatory to Exit from the company and again enter.

• Go to Daily Reports > SQL Query Executor.

• The user will select the code of the query.

• Now click on 'Execute Query'.

• The user can view the report will get generated.

• Click on 'DBF/Text/CSV/Excel/XML/Report' to generate the report in the required format.
• Suppose select 'Excel'.

• Select the path on which the report needs to be generated.

• In 'File Name' option, the user will mention the name as per the requirement.
• Suppose mention 'Batch Data'.

• Click on 'Save' button.

• Thereafter, the user can view report will get generated in the selected format.
