In Marg Software, if the user needs to Delete the Opening Balance of Item for selected Salt then it can be done easily.

• The user can view Item 'Acnederm Lot' batch Opening is '1792'.

In order to Delete Opening Balance of Item for selected Salt, the user needs to follow the below steps:

• Now go to Masters > Marg Setups > Advance Features > Self Designed Reports.

• In 'Report' option, the user will mention the name of the report as per the requirement.
• Suppose mention 'A'.

• Mention the description of the command as per the requirement.
• Suppose mention 'Self Command'.

• Click on 'Open Program'.

• The user will type the command.
• SELECT PRO
• BROWS
• Now press 'Ctrl+W' key.

• Click on 'Run Program'.

• Now firstly the user will check the code of Salt whose items opening Balance needs to be deleted.
• Suppose check for 'Acnederm Lot'.

• In 'Gcode3' field, the user can view the code for Salt is 'SFC'.

• Click on cross icon to close the window.

• Click again on 'Open Program'.

• Now type the command 'SET FILT TO GCODE3='SFC', to only filter the item for single Salt.

• Type 'REPLACE ALL OPENING WITH 0'.
• Now press 'Ctrl+W' key.

• In case the setup is Batch/Reference-wise, the user needs to check if the opening is going in 'O_a' and 'B_a' fields.

• Then the user also needs to remove balance from these fields.
• Type 'REPLACE ALL B_A WITH 0'.
• OR
• Type 'REPLACE ALL O_A WITH 0' respectively as per the requirements.
• Press 'Ctrl+W' key.

• Click on 'Run Program'.

After following above steps, the user can Delete Opening Balance of Item for Selected Salt in Marg Software.
