Overview of Company Logo

• The company logo will be printed in the bill format to enhance brand visibility and professionalism. This ensures that all invoices and receipts reflect the company's identity. Including the logo helps establish trust and recognition with clients.
• In Marg Cloud, the user has the provision to easily upload the company logo and print it on the bill format. 

Process to Upload Company Logo on Marg Cloud

• Firstly, the user will click on 'Marg ERP 9' option from the bottom right side.

• The user will minimize the current window ( as showing in the below img ).

• The user will minimize the screen and place it on the location where the logo image is available, i.e., Desktop.
• The user will drag the logo and drop it anywhere on the blue screen window.

Process to Print Company Logo in Bill Format of Marg Cloud

• Go to Masters > Marg Setups > Self Format.

• A 'Self Format' window will appear. The user will now enter the password.

• The user will select 'Invoice Format- GUI'. 

• In ‘Format’ field, enter the name of the format.

• Suppose enter 'CL'.

• The user will now select ‘Bill Format’.

• The user will select ‘Header’.

• The user can view the Logo Command will get displayed.

• The user will enter the command as Z:\File Name.File Type, for example, Z:\MargLogo.PNG to specify the file path and type.

• The user will change the coordinates as per the requirement.

• Now press 'Ctrl+W' key and click on 'Save' to save the changes.

After following the above steps, the user can Print Company Logo in Bill Format of Marg Cloud.
