• Firstly, the user needs to right click on 'Marg Icon'.

• Now the Marg Folder will get opened where the user will search 'Server' .

• Click on 'Server' File and Press 'Enter' key.

• Now, the user will set the all server i.e. Authorization, Backup & Services to 'Yes' and press 'PageDown' key.

• In 'External Data Security', select Backup taken type i.e. Day's first backup, Alternate backup etc. according to the requirement.

• Suppose select 'All Backup' and press 'Enter' key.

• In 'External Path', mention external backup path and press 'PageDown' key.

After following the above steps, the user can define external backup path in server file.
