If at the time of opening server file it shows an alert 'External Backup Path Not Found Create External Backup' then this issue can be resolved:

Note: This issue appears when user is saving the data in external drive but that external drive does not exist in computer or the folder which have mentioned in this field, is not been created by the user , so server file gives indication that please mention the correct external path or create the folder of mentioned name.

To change the external backup path user needs to follow the given steps:

• Firstly press 'F10' key on the server file.

• Then server file will get opened where in 'External Path' user needs to mention the correct external path.

After following the above steps, the External Backup Path not found Please create External backup error will get resolved in Marg Software.
