• Go to Accounts > Shift in Shortage.

• A 'Single Entry System' window will appear.

In 'Area', the user will select the option as per the requirement.

a. Selected:  Select the option if the user needs to adjust outstanding for selected Area.

b. All: Select the option if the user needs to adjust outstanding for All Area.

Suppose select 'All'.

• A 'Defragmentation of A/C' window will appear.

• In 'Adjust O/s Balance upto', the user will enter the amount upto which  the outstanding needs to be shift in shortage.

• Suppose enter '99'.

• In 'Enter Date', the user will enter the date of entry as per the requirement.

• Suppose enter '14-10-2020'.

• The user will press 'End' key to save the details.

After following the above steps, the bills whose balance is up to 99 will get shift in Shortage in Marg Software.
