How to remove Balance short amount from party Ledger to short and excess Ledgers?

Go to Accounts > Shift in Shortage > defragmentation window is appear > here you can feed the Adjust O/S Balance upto > for eg. feed 99 > Feed entry Date > press enter then all entries automatically appear > press end for Save.

Go to Books > All Ledgers > Select Short and excess Ledger > press enter > for see ledger Transaction > here you can see the short and excess  amount in which you remove from all ledgers
