Process to view supplier wise shortage report

OVERVIEW/INTRODUCTION TO SUPPLIER WISE SHORTAGE REPORT

In Marg Software, the purpose of Shortage report is to get a reminder for the shortage of an Item in the stock at the time of creating Purchase Order.

PROCESS TO VIEW SUPPLIER WISE SHORTAGE REPORT

This report can also be generated on the basis of Supplier.

• Go to Masters > Shortage Report > Supplier wise. Press Enter.

• A Ledgers window will appear in which the user will select the supplier and then press Enter on it.

• A Best Discounts window will appear.

• The user will select the supplier by pressing space bar key or plus (+) key on it.

• Then a Shortage List as on window will appear.

• The user will press ALT+P key to print or view the report.

• A Report window will appear in which the user will select ‘Summary’.

• Then click on view/excel/print as per the requirement. 

• Suppose, select ‘View’.

After following the above steps, the user will get the details of “Supplier wise shortage Report”.
