How to resolve this issue if Shortage Report does not appear in Masters menu ?
In Marg ERP software if in the master menu, shortage report does not appears then this issue can be resolved:
In order to resolve this issue, user needs to follow the given steps:
- Firstly, Go to Masters >> Marg Setups >> Control Room. Press Enter.
- A Control Room window will appear.
- The user will select ‘Search in all’. Press Enter.
- A Controls window will appear in which the user will Search “Shortage”.
- Now click on ‘Accept’
- A Shortage window will appear.
- In 'Default 1 Qty shift in Shortage in * key Y-Auto N-Ask X-Not Required', the user will select 'N'.
- The user will now press Esc key twice.
- Now click on ‘Yes’ to save changes.
After following the above steps shortage report will enable in transaction menu.
