How to view party outstanding at the time of creating single entry in Marg ERP Software ?

In Marg Software, there is no need for the user to exit from Single entry to Party outstanding. The user can easily view the party outstanding report at the time of creating single entry.

  • The user will press 'F5' key on it.

  • The user will select the party.
  • Suppose, 'Ahuja Medicine Center'.

  • Enter the date upto which the user wants to view outstanding report.
  • Then click on 'Ok'.

After following the above steps, the user can view selected party outstanding report while creating single entry in Marg ERP Software.

1. Firstly, the user will press 'Ctrl+J' on single entry window.

2. A Switch over window will appear. Select 'Outstanding'.

3. Thereafter a Ledgers window will appear where the user will press enter on selected party.

4.  An Outstanding window will appear. In 'As on Date' field, Enter date upto which date the user wants to view outstanding report and then click on Ok.

5. After following the above steps, the selected party outstanding details will display.
