In Marg Software, there is no need for the user to exit from Single entry window to party outstanding. The user can easily view the party outstanding report at the time of creating single entry

• For which simply, the user will press F5 key on it.

• Thereafter a Ledgers window will appear where the user will press enter on selected party.

• Suppose, Select "Ranbaxy India Ltd.".

• An Outstanding window will appear. In 'As on Date' field, Enter date upto which date the user wants to view outstanding report and then click on Ok.

• Now, the selected party outstanding details will display.

After following the above steps, the user can view selected party outstanding report while creating single entry.

1. Firstly, the user will press 'Ctrl+J' on single entry window.

2. A Switch over window will appear. Select 'Outstanding'.

3. Thereafter a Ledgers window will appear where the user will press enter on selected party.

4.  An Outstanding window will appear. In 'As on Date' field, Enter date upto which date the user wants to view outstanding report and then click on Ok.
