In Marg Software, there is no need for the user to exit from Single entry window to view all debtors ledgers. The user can easily view the all debtors ledgers at the time of creating single entry.

• For which simply, the user will press F4 key on it.

• A Choice window will appear. Select 'Debtors'.

• Then a Select Group window will appear. Select 'Sundry Debtors'.

• Thereafter the user will switch over to the sundry debtors window .

After following the above steps the user can easily view the sundry debtors ledgers while creating single entry.

1. Firstly, user will press 'Ctrl+J' on single entry window.

2. A Switch over window will appear. Select 'Ledgers'.

3. Then select 'Debtors'.

4. Thereafter, a Select group window will appear. Select 'Sundry Debtors'.

5. After following the above steps, the all debtors ledgers will be appear.
