Process to Send Party Outstanding With Bill Details Through SMS

Overview : With the help of SMS Setup in Marg ERP Software, the user can SMS bill details to party regarding new, modify and print after feeding item details with item name, party balance with bill detail, item detail, not delivered items or both. If the user needs to send party outstanding with bill then follow the given steps: 

• Go to Masters >> Marg Setups >> Control Room.Press Enter.

• A Control Room window will appear.

• The user will select ‘Search in All’. Press Enter.

• A Controls window will appear in which the user will Search “Party Balance”.

• Now, click on ‘Accept’.

• A Party Balance window will appear.

•  In ‘SMS Party Balance with Bill Detail’, the user will set “N”.

• Then the user will press Escape key twice.

• Now, click on ‘Yes’ to  Save the changes.

By following the above steps, the user can enable the option of “Party Outstanding With Bill Details Through SMS”.
