How to set that message must be sent to the customer and the supervisor at the same time in Marg Software
In order to send SMS to administration, the user will follow the below steps:
- Firstly, Go to Masters >> Marg Setups >> Control Room. Press Enter.
- A 'Control Room' window will appear.
- The user will select ‘Search in all’. Press Enter.
- A 'Controls' window will appear in which the user will Search 'Admin'.
- Now click on ‘Accept’.
- An 'Admin' window will appear.
- In 'Also SMS to Administration on' option, the user will mention the number of the supervisor as per the requirement.
- The user will now press 'ESC' key twice.
- Now click on ‘Yes’ to save the changes.
After following the above steps, whenever the SMS is sent from the software, then the same SMS will be received by the supervisor as well.
