How to set message sent to the customer and supervisor at the same time in Marg ERP Software ?

In order to resolve this issue, the user needs to follow the steps below:

• Go to Masters > Marg Setups > Control Room.

• The user will select the 'Search in All' option.

• The user will search 'Admin' and click on the 'Accept' button.

• In 'Also SMS to Administration on' option, the user will mention the number of the supervisor as per the requirement.

• Press 'Esc' key.

• Click on 'Yes' button.

After following the above steps, whenever the SMS is sent from the software, then the same SMS will be received by the supervisor as well in Marg ERP Software.
