At the time of creation of item, part number replace with item name after saving item in Marg Software!
In order to resolve the same, the user will follow the below steps:
- Firstly, Go to Masters >> Marg Setups >> Control Room. Press 'Enter'.
- A 'Control Room' window will appear.
- The user will Press 'Enter' on 'Sms Setup'.
- An 'Sms Setup' window will appear.
- Now click on ‘Accept’.
- An 'Sms Setup' window will appear.
- User will press here 'Page Down' key.
- In 'SMS Item details / Shortage / Both in New Bill' option, the user will select 'N'.
- The user will now press 'ESC' key twice.
- Now click on ‘Yes’ to save the changes.
After following the above steps, the software will not replace part no. with the item name.
