Home > Margerp > Sms Setup > How to resolve this issue if item name not send properly in sms ?
This issue appears when sms code is enabled from the setup,in order to resolve this issue user needs to follow below steps :-
1. Go to Master > Marg Setup > Control Room. Press Enter.
2. A Control Room window will appear > The user will select ‘Sms Setup’. Press Enter.
3. Then user will Search “Sms Item Name” > Now click on ‘Accept’.
4. Series window will appear. In 'SMS Item Name/SMS Code' set "N".
5. The user will now press Escape key twice > Then click on ‘Yes’ to Save changes.
