How to resolve this issue, if item name not sending in SMS ?

1. Go to Master Marg Setups > Control Room. Press Enter.

2. Control Room window will appear. Select ‘SMS Setup’. Press Enter.

3. Search Item Name”. Now click on ‘Accept’.

4. A SMS setup item name window will appear. In ‘ SMS Item Name / SMS Code’ set “N”.

5. The user will now press Escape key twice. Click on ‘Yes’ to Save changes.
