Process To View Stock And Sale Analysis Report In Self Format In Marg Software

PROCESS TO CREATE SELF FORMAT FOR STOCK AND SALE ANALYSIS REPORT IN MARG SOFTWARE

• Go to Masters > Marg Setups > Self Format.

• A 'Self Format' window will appear. The user will now enter the password.

• A 'Formats' window will appear.

• The user will select 'Stock & Sales Analysis'. 

• A 'Format Setup' window will appear.
• In 'Format Name' option, the user will mention the format name as per the requirement.
• Suppose mention 'SL'.

• A Marg ERP 9+ alert of 'Not found! Want to create!' will appear.
• Click on 'Yes'.

• Now mention the description for the report as per the requirement.
• Suppose mention 'Stock and Sale'.

• Now the user will click on 'Format' option.

• Click on 'Header View' to set the heading name for the report.

• A 'Stock & Sales Analysis' window will appear.
• Now mention the heading name as per the requirement.
• Suppose mention 'Item Name'.

• Similarly, the user will mention the other headings and add some space in each heading as required.

• Now press 'Ctrl+W' key and click on 'Yes' to save changes.

• Again 'Format Setup' window will appear.
• Now click on 'Item Detail'.

• A 'Stock & Sales Analysis' window will appear.
• Now the user will add a command to print details. Press 'F1' key to search the command.

• A 'Format Variables' window will appear.
• The user will search 'Item' under the description.

• Select the command 'SB_NAME' and press 'Enter' key on it.

• The user will press 'F3' key to paste the command.

• The user can view the command will get add.

• Now give some space and again press 'F1' key to add another command as per the mentioned heading.

• A 'Format Variables' window will appear.
• The user will search 'Opening' under the description.

• Select the command 'SB_OPEN' and press 'Enter' key on it.

• The user can view the command will get add.

• Similarly, the user will add other commands.

• Now press 'Ctrl+W' key and click on 'Save' to save it.

PROCESS TO VIEW STOCK AND SALE ANALYSIS REPORT IN SELF FORMAT IN MARG SOFTWARE

• Go to Daily Reports > Daily Working > Stock & Sale Analysis.

• A 'Select Company' window will appear.
• The user will select companies as per the requirement.

Note: The user will press (+) key to select a single company or (*) key to select All companies.

• Suppose press '*' key.

• A 'Stock & Sales Analysis' window will appear.
• In 'From and To' option, mention the date range as per the requirement.

• In 'Detailed/Summary/Value' option, the user will select 'Self'.

• Now mention the report name which is designed.
• Suppose mention 'SL'.

• Now the user will click on 'View/Print' as per the requirement.
• Suppose select 'View'.

After following the above steps, the user can Create Self Format for Stock and Sale Analysis report in Marg Software.
