How to View Area Wise Party Item Sale Summary Report in Marg ERP Software ?

  • Go to Reports > Sale Analysis > Item Sale Analysis > Area Wise Party Summary.

  • The user will select the company as per the requirement and press 'Enter' key.

Note: The user will Press 'Spacebar' or Plus '+' key to select a particular company or Press Asterisk '*' to select All Companies. 

The user will select the filters as per the requirement.

a. From:  The user will enter the date from which the report needs to be viewed.

b. To: The user will enter the date till which the report needs to be viewed.

c. Operator name: The user will select the operator name to view the operator report.

d. Terminal:  If working in a multi-user environment, the user can mention the Terminal/System Name for which the report needs to be generated.

e. Order From App/Non App: The user can include sale orders from the app and non-app.

f. Bill No. From-To: The user will enter the Bill Number from which to till which report needs to be viewed.

g. Cash/Credit/Discount: The user will select the Type - Cash/Credit/Discount/Both for which report needs to be viewed.

h. Sale Analysis with < A>: The user will select whether to analyse the sale with Party or Company or M.R.

i. Report Sale-S/R, Detail: If the user needs to view report in detail select 'Detailed' otherwise select 'Summarised'.

j. Continue/Separate: The user can select the report format to continue and separate as per the requirement.

k. Commission%: The user will enter the commission value if the user needs to generate the report on the basis of commission.

l. Bill Detail: The user will select 'Yes’ option if the user needs to view the bill detail otherwise, keep the option as ‘No’.

m. Sales/Free Analysis: The user will select the basis to analyse the Party/Item wise Sale, i.e., on the basis of sale plus free, sale, free, free only or no quantity as per the requirement.

n. Anal. On Rate:  The user will select the basis to analyse rate, i.e., on the basis of Cost, M.R.P. or purchase rate, etc.

o. Less Returns: If user needs to remove return from the report then select the option as per requirement.

p.  Stock Less:  Select the option as per the requirement.

No: To view the report without Stock Issue transaction details.

Yes: To view the report with Stock Issue transaction details.

Only: To view reports of only Stock Issue transaction details

q. Amt. = Rate* Qty, Net , R*Q-D.:The user will select the calculation as per the requirement.

r. With Challan: Select 'Yes' to view the report with challan or select 'O' to only view the challan otherwise keep it as 'No'.

s. More Item Selections: If the user needs to select more filters, then select 'Yes'; otherwise, keep it as ‘No’.

t. Selected Item: If user wants the report of any specific items then select this option 'Yes' otherwise keep it as on.

u. Selected Station: The user will select 'Yes' to view the report of a particular station otherwise keep the option as 'No'.

v. Selected Area: The user will select 'Yes' to view the report in a particular Area otherwise keep the option as 'No'.

w. Selected M.R: The user will select 'Yes' to view the report of a particular M.R. otherwise keep the option as 'No'.

x. Selected Route: The user will select 'Yes' to view the report of a particular Route otherwise keep the option as 'No'.

y. Selected Party: The user will set the option 'Yes' to view the report of a particular Party otherwise keep the option as 'No'.

Now, click on 'View/Print' button as per the requirement.

Suppose select 'View'.

  • The user will select the items as per the requirement and press 'Enter' key.

Note: The user will Press 'Spacebar' key or Plus '+' key to select a particular item or Press Asterisk '*' key to select All items. 

After following the above steps, the user can view that Area Party wise Sale Report will get generated in Marg ERP Software
