In Marg Software, the user can compare the Cost with Sales. With the help of this report the user will able to know the Sale and Cost Bill wise for selected Salesman / M.R.

In order to view M.R. wise Bill wise Sale and Cost Report, the user needs to follow the below steps:

• Go to Reports > Sale Analysis > M.R. Wise Sale > Bill Wise Sale & Cost.

• A ‘Ledger’ window will appear.

• The user will select the MR for which report need to be generated.

• Suppose select ‘Anant’.

A window will appear.

a. Challan: Select the options as per the requirement.

No: Select the view the report without Challan.

Yes: Select the view the report with Challan.

Only: Select the view the report only for Challan.

b. ST.Less: Select the option as per the requirement.

No: Select the option to view the report without Stock issue Entry.

Yes: Select the option to view the report with Stock issue Entry.

Only: Select the option to view the report only for Stock issue Entry.

c. From: Enter the date from which the user needs to view M.R. wise Bill wise Sale & Cost report.

d. To: Enter the date till which the user needs to view M.R. wise Bill wise Sale & Cost report.

Now the user will select ‘View/Print’ as per the requirement.

Suppose select ‘View’.

• Now the user can view the report has been generated on the basis of selected criteria.

• The user can generate report in 'PDF/Excel' as per the requirement.

• Suppose click on 'PDF'.

• A ‘Report in format’ window will appear.

• Click on ‘PDF’.

After following the above steps, the M.R. wise Bill wise Sale & Cost report will get generate in PDF Format.
