Overview: In Marg software there is an option available to export selected bill or transaction in PDF format. This is used by user to send copy of the bill to their customers in PDF format through mail or any other source.

In order to export stock issue transaction in PDF follow the given steps:

• Go to Transaction > Stock issue > Modify. Press Enter.

• A Modify window will appear.
• Then user will select the Options as per the Requirement like bill date, bill no etc.

• A Stock issue as on window will appear.
•  The user will press F11 key.
• An Email window will appear.
• Click on ‘Save Bill Format in PDF’.

• Then a Printing format window will appear.
• Now select the format in which user wants to export stock issue bill.

• A Printing Port window will appear. Select printing Port as per the requirement.

• Now a Save window will appear in which user will define the path to export the selected stock issue entry.
