Overview: In Marg software there is an option available to export selected bill or transaction in PDF format. This is used by user to send copy of bill to their customers in PDF format through mail or any other source. 

In order to mail stock issue transaction in PDF follow the given steps:

• Go to Transactions > Stock Issue > Modify then press Enter.

• A Modify window will appear.
• Then user will select the options as per the Requirement like bill date, bill number etc.

• Now Stock issue as on window will appear.
• The user will press F11 key.
• An Email window will appear.
• Click on “Email Bill Format in PDF”.

• Then a Printing format window will appear.
• Now select the format in which user wants to mail stock issue bill.

• After that Printing Port window will appear. Select printing port as per the requirement.

After following the above steps user can mail selected stock issue entry in PDF format.
