In Marg ERP Software, the Self breakage/expired and waste feature enables user transfer the expired or waste stock to the scrap store.

In order to remove Brk/Exp stock, the user needs to follow the steps mentioned below:

• Go to Transactions > Stock Issue > New. 

• Enter the 'Date'.

• Select the ledger of 'Self Breakage/Expired/Waste'.

• Press 'Esc' key.

• Now, the user will select 'Yes' in the Tax type.

• Select 'Expired Before' option.

• The user will feed the Month & Year up to which month the user needs to transfer expiry into scrap store.
• Then press 'Enter' key.

Note: The user will press 'Space bar' to select a company or press star '*' key to select all companies.

• Press 'Enter' key.

• The selected company's expired items will get loaded into the bill.
• Press 'Ctrl+W' key.

• Click on 'Save Bill'.

After following the above steps, all Expired items will be transferred into the scrap store in Marg ERP Software.
